Our family first met Annetresia in 1999 when our family GP referred our 15 year old daughter to her. She was in her second year of high school and was experiencing panic attacks. These were frightening to us as her parents. My husband and I were also consulted and it was obvious to Annetresia that we were both under pressure. He travelled widely and frequently for the corporate business that he worked for and was suffering from depression – which was not being treated. Annetresia loaned me reading material which I left on the coffee table. The plan being that he would read it, which he did. He then realized that he had a problem and the appointment was booked and treatment began. Thanks to Annetresia. I, myself, have been under her care and am truly grateful for her guidance and help in picking me up and putting me back on track after traumatic experiences. My daughter, who is now 27, still consults with Annetresia when needed. I value Annetresia’s expert and compassionate counselling.

I have benefitted immensely from coaching sessions with Annetresia over the past 4 years. Annetresia has the ability to ensure that her client gets to grip with the broad issues as well as the less obvious nitty gritty detail in the organization which is sub-consciously driving certain behaviours. Her ability to keep the thread going over months of coaching is very valuable in that time is not wasted in having to revisit the past. She is direct and to the point which works well for people in senior positions where time is of the essence in terms of getting to grips with issues and the need to work through different scenarios in order to move forward.
